Ariadamare

Located in a peaceful oasis of serenity on the charming hills near Bussana, a picturesque village of Sanremo, my residence represents an exclusive retreat just a few kilometers from Arma di Taggia. Only 2 kilometers from the sea, easily accessible by car or on foot, our place of accommodation requires the use of a car, with convenient parking available on the property. The road to reach us, typically Ligurian, has some curves but is perfectly drivable, ensuring an easy arrival. The residence, simple yet carefully maintained, is equipped with a photovoltaic system that guarantees the production of clean energy and water heating, reflecting our environmental sensitivity. During the summer season, guests can delight in the fresh produce from our garden and the renowned homemade cakes, along with focaccia, canestrelli, and other delicious baked goods offered for breakfast. The garden, available to guests, offers a place of relaxation immersed in the sounds of nature. For those who wish to organize a barbecue with friends, we provide an equipped area with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and dishes for enjoying cold dishes outdoors. There are no restrictions on late-night returns, but we kindly ask to respect the rest of everyone. The recently built villa, overlooking the sea, has two elegant double bedrooms and a family room with a maximum capacity of 5 beds. The sea-view rooms, tastefully furnished combining antique and modern elements, offer comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. The main bathroom, spacious and well-equipped, features a double sink, bathtub, and shower, while a smaller second bathroom is equipped with a shower. Considering the current period, we offer two rooms, each with a private bathroom, thus avoiding the sharing of the bathroom. The bathrooms are separated from the rooms by a hallway, ensuring maximum privacy.
